Everyone has the right to request a public entity to ensure the digital accessibility of a specified mobile application or an element of a mobile application, including the elements mentioned in Article 3, Section 2, as well as elements that are digitally inaccessible under Article 8, Section 1.   • details of the website, mobile application, or element of the public entity’s website or mobile application that should be made digitally accessible;
  • the preferred method of contact with the person making the request;

The public entity should fulfil the request promptly: no later than within seven days of the date of its submission. If it cannot meet this deadline, the public entity will immediately inform the person making the request of when the request will be fulfilled. However, this deadline cannot exceed two months from the date of the request.

If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative means of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfil a request for accessibility or provide an alternative means of access to information, the person making the request can file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website or its elements.
